We are very pleased to announce that J. Sinkin Consulting Group Ltd. and Blacklake Transition Solutions, LLC have merged their joint venture and will now operate as Accounting Transition Advisors, LLC. The name of the new firm is meant to convey three important concepts:

• We support firms in the full breadth of ownership transition needs-buying, selling, merging, and succession
• Our solutions are customized to meet the unique objectives of each our clients
